It would've definitely been faster with a second person. It was packaged well. When assembled it's a little less than 4 ft by 3 ft. It's very sturdy and I'm sure it'll stand up to many years of play. I love all the details to this doll house. You can flip the wall in the one top room to change it up too. It comes fully furnished without looking cluttered. I love the fact that it has a flushing sound toilet and working light. It's perfect size for 12" dolls. My 5 year old niece absolutely loves her new house and has become her favorite toy. Highly recommend this house!!!. Stringshredder. NY. Fri Jan 28 2022

Great little bed, easy to assemble and quality is good for the price. My toddler absolutely loves it. The only negatives are that a couple of the pre-drilled holes didn’t line up perfectly in the angled upper parts, and the edges of the bed frame barriers have quite a sharp edge Also, the title is wrong it’s 140cm long not 160..
