I was able to choose the delivery date which was convenient. I received a confirmation email followed by a reminder before the delivery date. The day before I received notice of the time for the 3 hour slot. On the day I was contacted by the driver to say he would be there in half an hour and he was. We paid to have it delivered to a room and all that happened as expected. My husband unpacked it and it was assembled within half an hour. I was nervous because I had never bought from Wayfair before. I bought the chaise because I have sciatica and I need to lay flat to relieve the pain. I was a bit concerned that this chaise was much cheaper than many others and that it might be a bit fragile or the fabric might be an odd colour but honestly it is really stable, it looks really good and the seat is supportive yet comfy. Firstly, amazing delivery thank you Wayfair, and DHL, so quick. The modular chair with no arms is absolutely stunning. No smell, it inflated straight way, obviously I’m leaving it for 4/5 days so it takes shape 100%. I honestly 100% can recommend this piece of furniture. I cleared my lounge, put my cats in another room, just incase the chair inflated aggressively, I’ve seen some videos on YouTube, and it’s knocked people and furniture over, but honestly that wasn’t the case, but I do advise pets in another room and clear some space as you have to roll it out then cut the plastic and the woohoo it inflates. Extremely comfortable sofa! Perfect for the space i ordered it for, only issue we have is because its bulky its difficult to get through doorways, we couldn't manoeuvre into one room as it wouldn't angle, so would be helpful if it could come in parts, and the cushions can be hard to get into a comfortable arrangement, but once sorted its really comfy to curl up in, the perfect film watching sofa! I'm Isle of Man based so had to use a shipping company, but delivery was very smooth process, i had to contact customer service once and they were beyond helpful, would definitely recommend and shop here again for furniture!. The design is slightly different to the picture in that they appeared to have 5 rows of lozenge style finish, with the appearance of rounded edges separating each vertical row. This isn’t the case, but the appearance and finish is outstanding. It is very firm, yet comfortable. The cushions are VERY firm! They do NOT have a high back. We were looking for ages for a sofa bed that fit our space, wasn't too bulky to bring up the stairs to our flat but also didn't break the bank.
