Ordering was easy. Delivery came quickly. Assembly was very difficult. I couldn’t understand the instructions about which screws to use for the different steps. I had to get the services of a local handy man and pay him £30 to assemble it for me. Could have bought one already assembled for what this cost in the end. Anonymous. Tue Jul 14 2026

It’s a lovely design and colour. No problem to fit together other than doing in two halves and then fitting round tree. The screws are already attached so just need to Fit the nuts to hold in place. It’s a bit fiddly to get everything lined up but looks great when it’s done. It’s around a small plum tree so no problem with the width of the tree or the seat. Just need to see how it stands up to the weather now!. Una. Dalkeith, GB. Mon Jul 16 2018
