Absolute nightmare to put together. Vague instructions and none of the bolts are separated or numbered. The holes were also covered with the plastic rattan in some places which made an already difficult job even harder. Hi. Just bought the Ibiza air jet hot tub with free bundle. Very easy to set up. Clear videos to follow on website. Only took about an hour from opening box to filling with water. Took 24 hours to heat. Comfortable and so relaxing. Great amount of bubbles. Still working out chemicals to keep it clean and oil free but getting there but only had for one week. Loving the Paris lay-z-spa, very comfortable, easy to look after and use. Capacity is more like 3-4 adults for a comfortable fit. Otherwise it’d be a bit of a squeeze. A bit noisy when bubbles are going but it’s very quiet otherwise. The LED lights are fantastic and make such a difference at night time. I’ve had the St Lucia before and this one is even better. Initially had an issue with getting heater to start, realized that it was due to the water level needing to be a lot higher than max line. Once levels of water was right hot tub ran smoothly, then after a few days of use using it with no problem in the hot weather the water temp reached 43 so just had to follow the steps to fix it.
