I have 5 Le Creuset items and 2 Skeppshult items, and this Staub 20 cm frying pan rivals all of them in quality. The Staub is the only enamelled pan I own, and I bought it for cooking watery and acid items. Mine is in Grenadine. It is beautiful. I made Sous Vide ribeye steaks last night and seared them in this cast iron pan that I preheated and added olive oil. It was my first Sous Vide steak and it seared beautifully in my Staub Grenadine cast iron pan.
