Visually, the dresser is beautiful, and its versatile design complements my bedroom decor perfectly. However, there are some functional drawbacks. It took 2 1/2 to 3 hours to put together, and there were a couple parts that were difficult because of the angle of the drill holes, but other than that, it went together really easily. When I started constructing this piece of furniture I noted that there were a couple of chips in the veneer. I was unhappy with this but decided I didn't think they were unsightly enough to warrant returning the whole piece of furniture. I complained through Wayfair and Birlea who produce the item responded very quickly and professionally. I discussed with them what I felt a reasonable fair resolution would would be and they agreed immediately without argument. I feel the level of customer service was very good (particularly compared to recent experiences I've had with other furniture retailers such as Sofology), and I would happily buy other products from them in future.
