Nice modern toilet design, overall happy with the purchase, has a powerful flush that can sometimes splatter the seat. When it arrived we found it looked a little smaller than a standard toilet size. Delivery: On time. Packaging: The toilet and its various components were impressively double boxed to prevent damage during transit. Contents There was nothing missing and everything was as it left the factory. It’s worth noting that there are no fixings supplied to anchor the toilet to the floor. The actual toilet is very well made. Unfortunately the Cistern and it’s lid appear to have been sourced from a different factory. The colour of the cistern does not match the colour of the toilet, or the cistern lid. The lid almost fits the cistern but not quite. Whatever I do it over hangs the LHS of the cistern by 3-4mm. This might seem picky but my wife spotted it straight away and told me that the lid needed straightening. All arrived safely and well protected. Unfortunately, the cistern did not match or fit the basin correctly. One of the components was clearly incorrect. I am now waiting to see how well Wayfair reacts to my problem. So far, I have been very pleased with other purchases from them. I would recommend that if buying this product, you realise that the seat and floor fixing bolts are not included automatically.
