Do not buy this item! I ordered this love seat which arrived faulty. Wayfair refunded me but is, after being promised a pick up for over a month, now saying they cannot pick up the item. I cannot take it to the dump or donate a faulty item to charity nor do I want the hassles of the time, effort and strangers at my house because of Facebook marketplace or anything like this. Their customer service is absolutely appalling, non responsive and I regret buying from them. There is a legal requirement for them to pick up this item and they just refuse. Aesthetically appealing for sure. I ordered this sofa in camel color about 2 1/2 years ago. It looks like real leather and has a classy appearance. I especially like the tufted arms and back! It is actually pretty comfortable if you don’t sit on the seam. It is firm but softens over time. The feel of the material is soft, which I like. It isn’t slick, but feels like worn leather. It is holding up beautifully — no problems. I paid about $250 more than the current price. So this is a good deal. I feel that it was a good investment and I am happy! Terrible. The sofa was delivered and did not have the legally required fire safety labels. This was important as the furniture was for a holiday chalet. Wayfair initially said they would get the compliance documentation but never did.
