We needed a railing for a short staircase on the back deck. It's a small deck and needed something that wouldn't visually dominate. The railing was exactly what we needed. We… Well I say we, my husband, installed it easily and it was not difficult for him to put it together. The whole operation took about an hour. There isn't much flexibility in the product in terms of size. There are several sizes available but there's quite a jump from this small one to the next size up. We're looking forward to a maintenance free experience with this hand railing. It is sturdy and well-made and with the exception of size limitations, I have no complaints about the product. you can see from the pictures that it is sleek and modern but it's also sturdy. The post is blank without any holes drilled to allow the fitter to best position the fence panel to suit the application, on-site drilling is required. Bolt-down bolts are not included. It is not advisable to use bolt-down posts for gates because the turning motion of the gate will loosen the post out of the ground. Gates should ideally use concrete-in posts.

The ball-top single garden gate is heavy-duty, high-quality metal. Note: The listed sizes fit a total post-to-post GAP, the hinge and latch gaps are already accounted for. The physical width of the gates is less than the listed GAP width, see images for exact sizes. The height to the top of the ball finial is 915mm. The frame height is 820mm. Electro-galvanized for added rust resistance and powder-coated black, the finish must be inspected, and any chips touched up. The galvanizing is not a 100% rustproof guarantee. Like any outdoor metal product, it may need to be painted every couple of years to ensure a long life. Moving parts will need to be touched up regularly. Fittings supplied to fix brick walls, metal, or timber posts. It comes with angle brackets, bolts, a rocker latch, and a wall-mounted catch, but no screws. Nuts and bolts must be painted after fitting to prevent the onset of rust. Made from 25mm x 10mm solid metal frames and infill bars 12mm diameter. The metal decking fence panel insert is a great way to add a modern contemporary finishing touch to your garden decking or garden fencing. Note that the wooden posts and frames pictured are not supplied. This is for a pack of 2 metal panel inserts. Each panel is 280mm wide x 770mm high. The panels are zinc-plated for added rust resistance and powder-coated a grey'ish/silver. (not a bright silver, more of a brighter grey) Very easy DIY, they just screw to the upper and lower wooden frames. Screws not supplied.

Good but a few things, as its 5m its still quite heavy to carry but easier as its more compact, the bottom bar is impossible to get in fully to be able to screw in place. The instructions are in very broken English so i had to Youtube how to use them safely!! Still a little unsure to be honest, when i need to use them i will need to properly figure it out.. Anonymous.
