With the proven sandwich base for optimal heat distribution, its ideal shape and a removable fine-meshed stainless steel basket make vertical cooking of asparagus and pasta really fun. Blanching, cooking and steaming vegetables is also a breeze.

I love this pot. The basket is great because after your done steaming there is a hook to hold the basket so the water drains. Most of the time I used for steaming vegetables not so much pasta.. Mamacat. Sat Mar 27 2021
