The person who delivered was amazing. Went out of his way to deliver to the right place. The pergola is finally up (family issues that delayed installment). Amazing. Strong. Practical. Great frame and covers. Would recommend this and the company. Joy. Newcastle-under-lyme, GB. Thu Aug 20 2026

Great quality, fairly easy to build solo. The retractable roof isn’t the hardest wearing, the poles broke through the ends quite quickly, and the plastic hoops to hang the roof from aren’t very good but overall happy.. Dan. Hailsham, GB. Mon Sep 28 2026

This heavy-duty hardtop gazebo crafted from galvanised steel and aluminium is expertly designed to withstand unpredictable severe weather, including storms with winds exceeding 129 km/h.

Five stars for the assembled product and quick delivery, but arrived with 2 duplicate parts (instead of left and right fitting beams), but being impatient I drilled new holes myself so I could get on with building it instead of waiting for a replacement part. The Roof holes were also too small for screws so had to drill bigger holes in order to secure roof. Being stubborn I built it by myself and took a while, but once you get the first bits done, the rest is fairly simple. Doesn’t help that my eyes are going and the instructions are in font 6. Good value for money if you don’t mind bodging things.. Gary. Lisburn Ni. Tue Sep 15 2026

Experience the best of both worlds, with this Pandora 3.6 x 3m Metal Pergola with slatted roof. Enjoy the sun or filter out quickly with the turn of a handle. It has heat resistant PVC-coated polyester panels and an aluminium and steel frame.

Looks lovely instructions not the best and the screws for the roof do poke through we had to buy other screws to put in but other than that I would say quite a good buy not quite finished still have half the roof to do. Jo Ann. Romsey, GB. Sun May 24 2026

Enjoy the outdoors in rain or shine with this gazebo! The gazebo is made from an aluminum frame with a lightweight polycarbonate roof that allows for just the right amount of sunshine. Included curtains and nets allow you greater control over the shelter, making it ideal for year-round use.

We are delighted with the gazebo. It’s the perfect size and much cheaper than alternatives we were looking at. It definitely needs 2 people to assemble and took us a couple of hours over 2 days. The frame was pretty straight forward to assemble but the roof was much trickier in parts. Well worth the price tag.. At_home_at_7. Dublin. Wed May 15 2024

Made with robust 120mm thick posts, creating a sturdy structure to withstand the British weather. We want you to be able to enjoy your gazebo canopy as soon as possible, so we have designed it with the DIYer in mind for a quick and easy assembly.

We ordered the 5x3 mtr lean to gazebo, so not a small structure! The delivery was excellent, they kept us informed of delivery time, so we were prepared, they had waterproof cover for everything, so it was not left out in the elements. Thoughtfulness throughout. Everything was good quality, clear instructions. My husband is 76, and not a builder, rather he was an engineer, so this was a big job to tackle on his own. The only time he asked for help was to lift the front, so he could attach the beams to the wall mounting, it took four men to lift and hold the front upright, whilst he fixed the beams. Apart from that he did everything himself, making sure at all times everything was square and level. He did a fantastic job! I am beyond pleased with the result. It took him 9 days to build, and put the roofing tiles on, and then we had to wait as he ordered the lead etc which was the very last task. A point to note , everything you need to build the gazebo is there, apart from the lead, filler, wall bolts and patio fixing bolts. The hard wear that is with the gazebo kit, is counted so exactly the right amount is there, no extras, so be careful, dont loose, or misplace anything! We have ended up with an amazing gazebo, so much usable space now to eat outside, sit and relax, we absolutely love it, and have had so many compliments from friends and neighbours! I cannot fault Dunster House, from ordering advice, delivery and quality of the actual wood , everything is first class!. Tessa B. Wed Jul 24 2024

Our Utopia Louvre Wall Gazebo makes an attractive addition to any garden. It provides year-round protection from the hot summer sun and shelter from any passing showers. Open the unique louvre slats for some ventilation, or close them for full privacy and protection.

Took 2 days but 3-4 people, need to make sure you level and check diagonals at all times (luckily my dad knew these things) hardest part and time consuming part is the roof shingles instillation, someone needs to not be afraid of heights and on sit on the roof. It looks amazing when built, quality materials, great company. Love it. Samantha H. Sun Jun 05 2022
