Another open-box win. Fairly straightforward to assemble - many reviews comment that it needs two people but I didn’t have any trouble on my own (maybe I just have really long arms). The only tricky part for me when installing the base , I should have left the screws attaching the sides just a little looser so it was easier to slot it in. This was a real bargain and has transformed our lounge. My dog gives it 5 stars too. It’s comfy yet structured so you’re not swallowed. It looks sumptuous in teal. We love it. Delivery was outside the the delivery company’s estimated arrival but within Wayfair’s day estimate and was swiftly manoeuvred into our lounge. I would highly recommend this couch for great support, great price, great service and great looks. It feels very sturdy and holds you snugly. It is actually pretty comfortable if you don’t sit on the seam. It is firm but softens over time. The feel of the material is soft, which I like. It isn’t slick, but feels like worn leather. It is holding up beautifully — no problems. I paid about $250 more than the current price. So this is a good deal. I feel that it was a good investment and I am happy!
