One star because I can't give cero. Appalling courier, DHL, 5 consecutive days announced the delivery and then cancelled. I called Wayfair on the 4th day and they told me that I had entered into a contract and if I didn't take delivery (because I could not stay in more days waiting for it) they will deliver to a neighbour either if I liked it or not. And they would not take cancelation, breaching the distance selling act and the consumer credit act. Instead shiny glass-like buttons have been used which makes it look a lot less elegant, which is unfortunate as it was not an inexpensive purchase. I am really pleased overall with this purchase. The color is a little darker navy than appears in the pic which is what I was hoping for. Seems very well made and the fabric looks high end.
