I would have given this item a 5* except it felt quite slippy and also rustled a bit, not like the old style plastic one would though. I combated my slight worry by putting a quilted mattress protector over the top of it! I have no issues with it at all. I bought it at the same time as my new mattress-also from Wayfair, so love that it is fully encased! I made sure that I adhered to the mattress height advised because info does warn of the potential to tear if too high. Great price too. Thanks Wayfair!. Tracey. GB. Sun Aug 23 2026

Great fit for my deeper mattress. Good elastic to hold it in place. It doesn't make any 'crinkle' noise as previous waterproof covers have done - it will be interesting to see how good the waterproofing is as I have not yet tested that. Note that this is a Mattress PROTECTOR, not a mattress topper, and is quite thin; even though it is 'quilted'. Happy with my purchase.. Ln. Llanfairpwllgwyngyll, GB. Sat Aug 29 2026
