Excellent bookcase for the money. Obviously not as sturdy as a solid wood bookcase, so be careful when assembling. But definitely good enough for the price. It took two of us about half an hour to put up and was fairly simple. It arrived with no damage whatsoever, which was something I was concerned about looking at previous reviews. The delivery time was excellent & it's a fabulous desk, but the instructions were hard to follow as it was not clear from the diagram which way up to put some bits or which fixing went where, & certain pieces didn't match the pictures in them - see the photo. (I had to glue that particular bit as the holes didn't match anything). It took me about 4 hours to do on my own.
