I was able to choose the delivery date which was convenient. I received a confirmation email followed by a reminder before the delivery date. The day before I received notice of the time for the 3 hour slot. On the day I was contacted by the driver to say he would be there in half an hour and he was. We paid to have it delivered to a room and all that happened as expected. My husband unpacked it and it was assembled within half an hour. I was nervous because I had never bought from Wayfair before. I bought the chaise because I have sciatica and I need to lay flat to relieve the pain. I was a bit concerned that this chaise was much cheaper than many others and that it might be a bit fragile or the fabric might be an odd colour but honestly it is really stable, it looks really good and the seat is supportive yet comfy. I am both surprised and happy with my purchase. What a bargain moreover it allows me to sit and watch TV but if my hip starts I can lay down.. Anonymous. Mon Jul 27 2026

Lightweight in its structure therefore is easier to move to suit any setting and is easy and quick to assemble. The garden set is completely maintenance-free and weather-resistant, so you can enjoy the lounge set for years to come.

It is a fantastic set that matches my existing 3 seater sofa. However the cushions sent for the chaise foot stool and the main 2 seater sofa have completely different cushions! This isn’t just a subtle shade of grey difference, the 2 seater sofa has a light grey with a pattern and the chaise foot stool has a darker plain grey. Such a shame as I bought this to create a corner sofa effect with an existing sofa.. Laura. Mon Apr 14 2025

A traditional outdoor item, but with a unique touch. Introducing this sunbed: a hybrid of rattan loungers but in the form of a giant bed. Metal under-frame for a sturdy structure, with PE rattan wrapped around, doubles the strength and resilience against weathering and damage. A retractable overhead canopy will block out the sun and rain, allowing you to rest peacefully. Thick cushions are on the seats for comfort; removable covers can be washed for hygiene. Adjustable feet for continual balance and stability. Unique design for relaxing comfortably by yourself or with friends in your garden and outdoors.
