R2 Clean 2 is makes me smile everyday. The scheduled hoover and mop function just before i get in from work daily means that there is one less thing to worry about. The floors are clear, he negotiates an odd room set up with dining chairs and dog beds, random wires from the kids gadgets with ease, and he's not shy about letting you know when he needs some assistance (empty the bin/uneven surface). Its also crazy how much dog hair he collects! I think i like him more than my kids.. Em1341. Welwyn, Hertfordshire. Fri Jul 24 2026

Great mop and great that you can flip the cleaning pad to continue mopping or use it to dry the floor you’ve just steamed. Handy to throw the pad into the wash after use. Just wish steam mops could be cordless, plugging in and trailing the lead around is a bit annoying but I like cleaning the floors with steam so can’t complain. Marion. Glasgow. Mon Jun 09 2025

I would have given a five star but mop is a bit too heavy for me, that being said, I had amazing help from head office from a chap called Oliver. So I decided on this model because of the hand held feature. I also bought my daughter the same mop for her birthday and she would give a 5. I was so shocked by the amount of dirt was on the mop head, no streaks and it drys so fast. I have used it as a had held to clean around my loos. In fact I did whole house and apart from weight , can’t fault it.. Fiona63. Camelford, Cornwall. Fri Aug 28 2026

Also included is a 2-in-1 crevice tool and long nozzle for those harder to reach areas, along with a pet tool to help remove embedded pet hair from upholstery. A wall mount kit is also available, so you can easily access the vacuum and help save storage space in your cupboards. An LED light on the floorhead is great for cleaning up in low lit areas. That’s why this stick vacuum cleaner has the TV’s Queen of Clean crowning stamp of approval.
