From ordering to delivery was a very easy process and received very quickly. The Box was received very well packaged with no chance of any damage ie corners well protected and three lots of packaging with the outer layer being a heavy duty cardboard box. Very pleased with this item as it met my requirements as it is well made and of good quality. Slight niggle on my part the handle staples on the inside of the box need to be covered as they are sharp but I will tape them myself. Also the base of the box is thinner plywood and so not acacia and not as strong or secure as the rest of the box.
