This Griddle is superb. I make lots of griddle scones, & have previously struggled to find a griddle which heats evenly on my ceramic hob. Within an hour of it's arrival I'd made some Welsh Cakes, & they cooked perfectly. You need to do a few test bakes first, to ensure the temperature is correct - I found it kept it's heat even at a very low temperature, which is good. I only lightly greased it with sunflower oil for the first batch of baking, after that it didn't need greasing. The handles stay cool whilst using the hob, & its very easy to clean. After building the BBQ this week I find that it is dented in two places which is not good as one is in the front by the controls and for everyone to see the other is inside the cooking area which luckily is not seen.
