Unfortunately,I received a faulty unit which kept cutting out with an E1 error code. Wayfair were very good and offered a replacement unit or a full refund. I accepted the full refund and was advised to bin the faulty unit. Can’t complain about Wayfair customer service, it was spot on. It’s a pity the unit was faulty as I especially wanted to try out the steam function.. Nick Close. Nottingham. Fri Apr 10 2026

Haven't had the slow cooker long but instantly realise it is a big step up from my previous one (which to be fair was half the price). The quality of the pan seems good and I suspect will last a long time without degradation.
