The lid came unattached and is impossible to put on; the drainage pipe is not plugged so after filling the machine the first time I ended up flooding my bathroom; it can barely do a single shirt. The buttons are difficult to press. That basket in the middle is useless might as well not be there cause all it does is help clothes get stuck in the spinning motor. I tried twice to get a pan with a drain hole as described but both times was sent one without. I was offered a third one by the very helpful customer services person but don’t really want 3 of these! A drain hole is an integral part of this as it is what is in the description and also needed to drain the water if the washing machine does leak! I’m not sure what’s gone wrong here... Emily. This Automatic Washing Line Wall-Mounted Drying Rack is little in size but big on drying, making this ideal for small flats, caravans and tight spaces. The washing line is easy to install and comes with all necessary screws, wall plugs and hooks. Once set up, the washing line is very simple to operate, release the grey side knob and pull the grey bar till your desired length, place bar in hooks and tighten strings with the knob. When finished using the washing line, simply remove the bar from the hooks, release knob again and line automatically retracts back into its dust and damp proof housing to ensure the lines keep clean and dry. There are four strong string lines that each extends 3.65m giving you a total drying length of 14.65m!.
