DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. It arrived in a box with hundreds of pieces of cheap wood, which was not labelled, so I spent over an hour identifying them. The instructions were not clear at all, several screws were defective, multiple pieces of wood arrived split. I spent around 10 hours building three sections, I discovered essential parts for the final section were missing, so I couldn't even complete it!!!! Was told I was going to get sent the missing pieces, then told they were out of stock. Also, "Marlow Home Co" is not a real brand, it was actually VIDALXL. Complete scam, very disappointed.. Katie. Wood is a natural product and may expand and retract depending on the weather conditions therefore we can not be held responsible for cracking, splitting, warping and shrinkage as this is a natural occurrence, because of this it may be necessary to check the tightness of the bolts/screws. Resin is occasionally present in the timber and is no detriment, should this appear simply wipe with a cloth/white spirit.
