Easy enough to figure out but not sure which hardware to use for attaching to the back. The short flat screws don't fasten and the longer ones don't fit through the holes on the hinge. First time ordering from wayfair. I was a bit weary ordering this after reading reviews and got the feeling wayfair is “hit or miss”. I am pleasantly surprised how this bench turned out. Easy to assemble, you just have to put the 2 sides on the bench and feet on. The material is a velvety material and the whole bench is very sturdy. The top part doesn’t open as far but you can fit 1 or 2 think blankets in there or a couple of shoes. It also comes with the 2 little pillows. This is such a beautiful storage chest, I am using it as a coffee table beautiful colour, I will mention I could not put this together I attempted to but it’s not that easy on your own, you will need more than a screwdriver and hammer like it suggested it does need the use of a drill, and the person who built this is professional and it about a hour and a half, but extremely happy with the way it looks..
