The rack itself is well made and reasonably robust, and makes good use of otherwise wasted space. My main criticism is that the 'legs' it sits on against the door are relatively long compared to the depth of the shelves, so there is about 5 cms of needlessly wasted space behind each shelf, although fatter packets of food could lean back against the door. If the legs were shorter and the baskets deeper there would be significantly more storage space on the shelves for the depth the rack protrudes into the cupboard.
Hanging mechanism is tacky and not up to the same standard of finish. It was 2-3 cms too long for the thickness of the door, so the whole thing was loose and didn't hang properly. This could be alleviated by more holes in the main frame to hook the hanging part into, or making it shorter, or dispensing with the over door part of the hook altogether. We cut the over the door piece off and screwed the remaining part of the bracket to the door, but it was not very satisfactory.
