The patented base allows compatibility with all types of hobs; gas, electric, ceramic, and induction, for maximum versatility. It is possible to put all cookware in the oven up to a temperature of 250°C/480°F and they can also be put in the dishwasher for easy cleaning. The two stainless steel durable side handles have been designed with a large, ergonomic shape, for a comfortable and safe grip. The dish can easily be transferred from the hob to the oven to the table for serving. The tempered glass lid features a steel handle, and a steam vent and is transparent, allowing you to monitor cooking at all times.
