Nice product but for reasons I had to return them, that’s where the issue began, they only use DHL, first booked for collection no one turned up whole day, then booked for dropping off the package, it was far from where I live, had to take a Uber to have it dropped off. On the whole a nice looking kettle to have on the counter top. Clean lines. I did think the silver parts would be metal but they are plastic which I am not keen on but am getting used to. Performs very well. The smell that accompanies it when you first open the lid does disappear after the recommended two boils. Only downside is that the handle blocks the water indicator so that makes it hard to fill to the measurement of water that you need. It’s a bit irritating but I am happy to overlook it.. G. The kettle is exactly what you would expect it to be. It is light and very quick to boil. There really isn't much to say about the kettle but the delivery is another matter. It is lucky it arrived in one piece as the original packaging had obviously been crushed and there are even tyre marks on the instruction booklet. DHL had obviously repackaged it before delivery.
