This is a great little frying pan. I use it all the time, omelettes ( that don’t stick!), poaching and frying. I feel much happier with a pan that doesn’t have the toxic chemicals to make “none stick”. Easy to clean and looks great on the hob. Definitely a best buy and would recommend.. Bev R. Wirral. This oval fish pan is the perfect size and shape for frying 4 fillets of bass or bream. I have also fried two whole seabass easily. Have used it for a few weeks now, and am really happy with this pan. It heats up evenly and nothing seems to stick to it.
