Purchased to use as a Dutch oven for baking sourdough bread. Lovely dish and does the job perfectly. Quite a bit of weight to it as you would expect from an iron pan and so far has been fine to clean with a plastic brush. Even recommended to a friend who also wanted one for the same reason. Laura. Sleek design, well-made casserole pan. The only reason I am not giving it five stars is because of the price. It is very expensive for the size and the fact it does not come with the lid.. Bg. Anchorage, AK. Sat Dec 20 2014
