Haven't had the slow cooker long but instantly realise it is a big step up from my previous one (which to be fair was half the price). The quality of the pan seems good and I suspect will last a long time without degradation. Whereas my previous slow cooker had options of sauté, low/high and warm the GreenPan cooker does allow more manipulation of temperature - and time. Early day but impressed so far.. Nial. London.
