Bought this for my elderly mother who became afraid to cook on her gas stove. She needed a way to cook healthy, flavorful meals and this has done the trick! She can cook for one, from frozen or fresh, many of the foods she likes to eat. Plus shes missing many teeth, so the softer texture of pressure cooked food is more appropriate.
