This non stick wok is ideal for home cooking in various methods. You can stir fry, deep fry, boil, steam and simmer food with just this one wok. It is made of Carbon Steel with a double layer of non stick coating for effortless cooking and cleaning. It comes with a wooden handle for tossing and also a smaller handle so you can use both hands to lift it. The flat base of the wok makes it more easy to balance the wok on the hob.Important: We recommend using non metal turners or spatulas with these woks as metal ones can scratch the non stick coating off.

This wok develops its own non-stick surface from the build-up of carbon deposits on the frying surface. The wok will darken with use, which is a natural process of a well-seasoned wok. It protects the surface from rust and naturally prevents food from sticking without adding too much oil. This results in a light, healthy and savoury stir fry dish with authentic oriental flavour. Stir-fry cooking is all about being quick, easy and healthy and this wok has been designed to assist with achieving that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This wok is great, especially for cooking those larges dishes. Having the small handle on the other side is really helpful especially when it’s full and quite heavy it evens the load. Non stick works great and allows you to chuck around the contents easily with it being a deep wok. Would definitely get another of these pans.. Steph. Wed Feb 02 2022
