[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This wok is great, especially for cooking those larges dishes. Having the small handle on the other side is really helpful especially when it’s full and quite heavy it evens the load. Non stick works great and allows you to chuck around the contents easily with it being a deep wok. Would definitely get another of these pans.. Steph. Wed Feb 02 2022

Whether you have a life-long love for Asian cuisine or are starting to experiment with different recipes, this non-stick, carbon steel wok is a real kitchen must-have. For starters, it’s made of carbon steel, so you can get the wok super-hot, creating authentic, smoky flavours that are packed with plenty of crunch. The wok’s flat bottom helps those high temperatures to distribute quickly and evenly (and mean you can use it on any hob), while the high sides mean you can mix your ingredients like a pro without worrying that they’ll escape over the side. Just grab the chunky wooden handle and get tossing! So, whether you’re whipping up lashings of soba noodles, stirring up an assortment of seasoned veggies, or even simmering fantastically flavour-filled soups, this wok will get the job done.

This barbeque wok offers an alternative option for cooking outdoors on the grill, as we all look for something a bit different to conjure up al fresco. Made from anodised aluminium with a stainless steel handle, it is scratch resistant, as well as being resistant to high temperatures and conducts heat quickly and evenly. A flatter base than a conventional wok means a bigger area is in contact with the hot grill, but it still has sloping sides to stir and toss the food quickly and easily. The small holes in the wok allow the contents to char over coals and the smoke to pass through for a smoky flavour. It also means that if you are cooking a variety of food types together there is not the same build up of mixed juices and fats in the wok. This allows you to replicate authentic wok cooking, which is always done at high heat, on the grill, creating a combo of authentic stir fries with a barbeque sizzle, smell, and taste, making your food as diverse as it is delicious. It is fantastic for juicy tiger prawns, tender fish pieces, chunks of meat and poultry, vegetables, and many other smaller foods.
