This Griddle is superb. I make lots of griddle scones, & have previously struggled to find a griddle which heats evenly on my ceramic hob. Within an hour of it's arrival I'd made some Welsh Cakes, & they cooked perfectly. You need to do a few test bakes first, to ensure the temperature is correct - I found it kept it's heat even at a very low temperature, which is good. I only lightly greased it with sunflower oil for the first batch of baking, after that it didn't need greasing. The handles stay cool whilst using the hob, & its very easy to clean. It has a cooking area of 38cm length x 25cm width. The overall length including handles is 47cm. Perfect for high temperature frying to sear meat, fish or vegetables to get caramelisation that's full of flavour. So happy with this griddle. It works beautifully on my induction cooktop. It cleans easily, too. I love the easy maintenance of the enamel.
