Protect your table with this fantastic set of four cork-backed placemats, featuring a delightful, hand-painted style print of a coastal scene. Big, abstract strokes create a golden-hued beach looking out onto an ocean of deep blue, offset by the bright white sea foam and the endless, cloud-smeared sky. There are four table mats included- ideal for making weekend lunches a little more special, or simply brightening up everyday dining after a dreary day. Simple, but beautiful, they’ll blend in beautifully on the family dinner table, beneath dinner plates brimming with exquisite, home-cooked food. Why not treat your own table, or give them as a gift? They would make a lovely present for housewarming or wedding parties.

The perfect decorative finishing touch to any dining table, these 30cm x 20cm Glass Placemats provide a sleek modern aesthetic, with a heavyweight construction that ensures protection against scuffs, scratches, spills and burn marks. The true interior design connoisseur knows how key a role texture plays in the execution of one's home decor dream. Naturally, when it comes to tableware, options abound - from slate to wicker tocotton - but, with its strong angles and propensity for casting a subtle shimmer beneath its local light sources, few materials create quite so stylistic a statement as does glass. Each piece in our collection of glass placemats has been crafted from fully-tempered glass to provide exceptional strength and durability, as well as a resistance to high heat that allows you to serve hot dishes fresh from the oven without fear of scorching. A series of rubber feet on the underside help secure your placemat (and everything else!) in place. When all plates have been cleared, these mats can be simply wiped clean and restored to pristine condition!

You've cooked the perfect meal for your family – all you need now is the perfect table layout. With our hessian mandala extra-large table mats, you can achieve that with ease. Not only do these add style, but the fact they're natural placemats means you can feel safe in the knowledge that they come from a responsible, organic source. Coming from the jute plant, hessian is a great renewable source, but is also completely biodegradable. So at a time when eco-consciousness is more or less essential, these eco placemats are a good starting point. Their size means they're suitable for a range of dining table setups, and they'll help avoid stained tables and cloths should spillages occur. They're not just good for the family setting either. Friends are sure to be impressed by their snazziness when attending dinner parties.
