To seal the deal, the edges of the mats are lacquered too, so they’re durable and resistant spills and moisture from wet plates and dishes.

I'm very pleased with the place mats and coasters. The image is beautiful and goes very well with my colour scheme. Not 5star because one mat is slightly damaged on the corner a shame but hopefully i will forget about it and not notice!
