This Griddle is superb. I make lots of griddle scones, & have previously struggled to find a griddle which heats evenly on my ceramic hob. Within an hour of it's arrival I'd made some Welsh Cakes, & they cooked perfectly. You need to do a few test bakes first, to ensure the temperature is correct - I found it kept it's heat even at a very low temperature, which is good. I only lightly greased it with sunflower oil for the first batch of baking, after that it didn't need greasing. The handles stay cool whilst using the hob, & its very easy to clean.
