Initial setup was unclear, so had a leaking reservoir for a while, til I watched the quick start video I had to search for on YouTube and found out I needed to prime the coffee machine prior to use - but the quick start guide made no mention of this.. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee machine has changed my whole morning coffee for the better So easy to use, makes great coffee and I love the milk frother attachment meaning I can get frothy coffee at home It compacts the grounds really well into a l it the dispenser pot which I put straight into my compost. The menu and screen so simple to follow. It’s easy to refill with both grounds and water. It is intuitive and tells me when the ground bin is full/ if it needs more water. I love also that is can make coffee for iced coffee which not many can fix It heats the coffee and milk to the right temperatures so it is still hot when fully made I LOVE IT!. Coralh.
