Great kettle, but has always taken a little too long to switch off. Sara. Bedford, GB. Sun Apr 19 2026

RETRO STYLE KETTLE - all the nostalgia of a vintage kettle in durable, easy-to-clean 18/10 stainless steel with a solid metal whistle for a pure sound. Fast heat up on all types of hob including gas, induction, ceramic, solid plate, halogen and Aga.

I bought this as a replacement for my Heritage kettle that kept peeling along the top where the lid is. It looks really nice on my hob, and I love the whistle which reminds me of my childhood. The only disadvantage is that it doesn’t shut itself off like a regular kettle, so you can’t leave it and jump in the shower for instance. That said I knew that when I bought it and have no regrets.. The kettle is a great energy-friendly choice for the home. It's a classic brushed stainless steel kettle with a push to open lid for quick and easy filling. It has a water window with useful measurements so you can boil exactly the amount of water that you need. For times when you just want a quick cuppa for yourself or a brew for two, there is a rapid boil zone with an easy indicator on the inside of the kettle which denotes one, two or three cups. The fast 3 kW power means that just one cup can be boiled in 45 seconds - really handy for those times when you could kill for a cuppa. The kettle has a handy ideal pour spout design so the water can be poured evenly into mugs and cups without spluttering and spilling all over your worktop. The illuminated on/off switch completes the story for an easy to use, energy and water friendly kitchen essential.

Fast boil mini kettle for travel - small in size to save space, this kettle has a powerful 1000w concealed element that makes it a very fast water boiler for camping, glamping, and caravanning

I opened the the box, and said, "That's the perfect size travel kettle".. it's sturdy, looks good quality holds 2 full mugs of water.. it does come with 2 very small plastic cups that fit inside neatly, would be good if you didn't want to take breakable China cups. I put in one standard cup of water which took 2 minutes 30 seconds to boil, and according to Smart Meter, it cost just 1p to boil it. The only downside is, the power cable is quite short, and as it doesn't have a removable base could be difficult it you don't have a socket in an easily accessible place, such as in a guestroom were power points are low down.. for a kitchen counter use it's fine. That aside I am very pleased with this product and highly recommend. Kt. Wiltshire. Fri Jul 18 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was kindly gifted this product by Influenster in return for my honest opinion. The design of this kettle is lovely - brushed stainless steel so will go well in any kitchen. It has a water window so you can see how much your putting in therefore saving water in the long run by using only what you need. It illuminates and looks good, however my previous kettle boiled very quickly and this one seems to take some time. Either way it’s still a pretty good kettle and I would recommend.. Andrear601_3782.
