terrible instructions. 12 wires all coming together in the middle and have to fit in center cylinder tube...not easy, hope it works. called for detailed instructions and never got them. only instructions on line and in the box was a line drawing.

Do not buy! The instructions are useless which are clearly just computer generated. The picture on website shows installed with a ceiling rose. This is impossible to achieve without purchasing extra bolts to achieve the required length for installation. The brass parts are poorly machined and the centre barrel’s diameter is too small to fit the screw rod and twelve wires for all the lights. Two rods are included for length but the longer one does not stay in place due to poorly machined threads. This was put together by a competent tradesperson with over 30 years experience. Very poor quality for the price. Shop around! When I contacted customer services I was informed that no replacement or refund was available, just individual parts which is unacceptable. This deserves no stars but the review won’t allow me to give no stars.

I was expecting a chandelier and would have expected to fit the shades. I received some 20 parts plus packets of small items. Assembly is a nightmare and the electrical wiring required very difficult. I would not have purchased 4 light fittings if I was aware.
