I looked for the perfect chandelier for my hallway. This was easy to assemble and install with clear instructions. Perfect for a statement feature.

Cheap, missing eyelet, had to spend hours putting every single droplet myself with rubbish instructions

This came with wiring that wasn’t colour coded with live, earth or neutral so the electrician was unable to install this as it would have caused serious damage to a life or my house. I’m not sure how this passed quality control checks. I am deeply disappointed that something so dangerous has been sold to me that could have caused so much potential danger had I not consulted with an electrician and fitted it myself
