Very beautiful chandelier. We have ordered two of them for my living area. Fiew Cristal have been damaged But I have spoken with the customer service team. They have agreed to send me the replacement cristals. Their service is very good

We are very happy with this chandelier. Assembly was tedious and took a few hours. The metal looks more rose gold up close but looked like regular brass once hung. The lights are really bright, they rotate hues each time you turn the fixture off and on. We may change out the bulbs for a softer light at some point. I really like the dark crystal at the top, it gives it some extra character.

Very beautiful chandelier. A bit tedious to setup but not impossible. Overall satisfied with this purchase. The bulbs are not the best so will have to get replacements
