Replaced our ageing fan in the conservatory. An excellent piece of kit. Stylish, smooth operation and a good light. The remote control is a bonus. Did not give 5 stars as the installation instructions were rubbish. A laughably poor translation for a generic design - no detail whatsoever for the fan in question. Despite this, got it installed, and very pleased with the result.. David Taylor. Congleton, GB. Sat Jun 27 2020

The 52 inch Ridley II ceiling fan combines natural brass and solid cherry wood blades with a minimalist styling that will impact any space in your home. The integrated LED light at its core is a convenient and energy-efficient way to illuminate your space.

After my electrician installed this fan, we found that the transformer and the remote didn’t work. Luckily, Wayfair sent me a new part immediately. However, once up and working, I found that the high setting isn’t very effective at all, it’s rather noisy and the dimmer light doesn’t dim, it flickers annoyingly or on full is so bright that my eyes see the imprint of the led shade after looking away It’s expensive but the quality in my opinion falls short. The ceiling fan circulates the air from top to bottom easily and pleasantly. This means fresh air is not just confined to your bedroom. Its two directions of rotation enable you to use it on both hot and cold days - in clockwise rotation, it spreads warm air suspended under the ceiling in the room, while anti-clockwise rotation generates a flow of cool air. The fan is particularly practical, as its integrated ceiling lamp lights up dark rooms and it can be fitted directly to the existing mains supply to save space. Conveniently, all the ceiling fan's functions can be operated directly at ground level by remote control. It's a heavenly ceiling fan that deserves a halo.
