This is a beautiful light. It is packaged well but unfortunately, one of my inside globes was broken when it arrived so Wayfair is getting it replaced. It’s just taking a while for the shipment to get here as it’s coming from China so I cannot hang the light yet, but I took pictures of the globes to show how beautiful they are and they are very thick and those outside globes will not break easily . Terrible product. Didn't come with instructions. You had scan a QR code and even that was complicated as didn't have exact light instructions. Had to call company. They told me to follow instructions of similar with circular base. One tear drop shade came slightly dented. Was prepared to live with that and face it the other way.
