It tucks under my desk so as to create more space in the room when not in use. Instructions provided not very helpful. Assembly was a little tricky - getting the bolts to reach through the frame to the seat bracket. I phoned the help line and they were both quick to answer and helpful with advice, (don't lean the back of the chair on the floor when trying to insert the bolts).
