Very comfy. Good for a thick carpet, but arms move up when using them to pull chair in so just need to either tighten them or use the seat as the part to hold onto. Just the job. Great service from Wayfair. Delivered quicker than indicated. Quality chair. Smart looking, supportive and comfortable. It tucks under my desk so as to create more space in the room when not in use. Instructions provided not very helpful. Assembly was a little tricky - getting the bolts to reach through the frame to the seat bracket. I phoned the help line and they were both quick to answer and helpful with advice, (don't lean the back of the chair on the floor when trying to insert the bolts).
