lovely comfortable chair. The arms move up and down easily. Its very comfortable. The legs don't dig into the carpet which is why I bought it. BUT I cant see how the back folds which is a reason for buying it as my son has to move it when he wants to watch tv. I thought it said it folded so the idea was to fold it when he watches tv in bed.. Fiona. West Wickham, GB. Sun Jan 02 2022

Just the job. Great service from Wayfair. Delivered quicker than indicated. Quality chair. Smart looking, supportive and comfortable. It tucks under my desk so as to create more space in the room when not in use. Instructions provided not very helpful. Assembly was a little tricky - getting the bolts to reach through the frame to the seat bracket. I phoned the help line and they were both quick to answer and helpful with advice, (don't lean the back of the chair on the floor when trying to insert the bolts). Also, the washers provided were too large to allow them to sit side by side. I had to find some smaller diameter ones. But I got there and I'm very happy with my chair!. Mark. Askam-in-furness, GB.
