Bought it for my cat as we’ve moved into a flat with wooden floors and he misses the carpet but typical cat…he wouldn’t go near the mat! I have sent it back, however still rate it 5 stars as the quality is great, it’s a very thick, luscious fleece (which is what I think he had an issue with - must have a preference for short pile). Item arrived and whilst nothing wrong with it I then found the zip had been sewn in along with the fleece for a good portion, tried picking fleece out of zip and hence zip broke open all the way down. Found it quite an ordeal complaining as they seemed very reluctant to give a refund and needed photos of the item, I had to get a neighbour in to do that as I had no idea being 'old school' and in my 70's.
