I ordered this rug after a good 2 years deciding on the right rug for my room! This is not what I received. The rug is plain!! No pattern anywhere. Not only that, there is a weird whiteish mark on one end. Tried to do a return to a robot, wanting £20 for curb side pickup? Are you joking? I actually can’t believe it!! You’ve send me the wrong rug, and a rug with defects, and you want me to pay to have it collected? So disappointed and no idea what to do with this rug now!

This rig is absolutely gorgeous. Soft, thick for what it is and edged nicely. Dropping one star because they don’t provide the size I want. I have the 290cm rug and it’s still not big enough. I need a square or less of a rectangle, over 300cm. But if you’re looking for a smaller rug then this is perfect.
