I love the rug. It’s absolutely beautiful although there was a slight problem with delivery the delivery driver damaged the rug but the customer service team were quick to help me with my problem and we were able to come to a resolution very quickly. They were attentive they were patient able to understand where I was coming from although the delivery driver decided to not take responsibility and he continued to list that the item has not delivered. I’m glad the customer service team was able to help me.

Really beautiful. I bought the large round rug for an organic look in my living room.

The rug is spectacular. Colors are wonderful. I wish the pile was a little higher, but my vacuum will probably thank me that it isn’t. There are a couple ripples in the middle that don’t seem to want to lie flat but the corners do so far. It’s been a week so we’ll see. I couldn’t have found a better color match for what I wanted! So far no shed at all. Not a single yarn.
