I was initially worried because the rug seemed a bit lumpy after it was unwrapped but this disappeared as soon as I'd got it positioned and laid out flat. Possibly not as cream as it looks in the photos as there are more natural-coloured fibres woven in, but that works for me as I have a dog and the rug is in the dining area where spills are more likely. Just what I wanted for my conservatory with animals with muddy paws in and out. It just wipes clean and it looks nice. It was very tightly wrapped and the creases wouldn’t come out.
